LUXURY PROPERTY RENTALS
Looking to rent a luxury property? We’ve compiled a list of the most common questions from our renters below.
California Grand Properties, or CGP, is a vacation rental and management company focused on excellence. Based in the California area, we are making it easier than ever to find you the best vacation rental that suits all of your needs.
It’s now easier than ever to rent the perfect accommodation. Simply, go to the Our Properties page and choose the property that best fits what you are looking for. Next, click “Book Reservation”, or fill out the contact form. We’ll be in touch with you from there!
Each property is special in its own way, so be sure to view the descriptions for each. However, all properties do include private access to the entire space, self check-in, WiFi, parking, and enhanced cleaning.
Currently all of our properties are in the San Diego area, but we are looking to expand throughout California.
A standard rental is one that lasts 1 to 14 nights. A luxury rental is one that lasts 15 to 31 nights.
An Airbnb account is currently needed to book standard rentals. You may book a luxury rental without an Airbnb account.
We are committed to enhanced COVID-19 cleaning protocols, and our properties are rated for cleanliness.
Before every stay, we commit to:
- Sanitize surfaces – Sanitize every high-touch surface, down to the doorknob
- Use approved products – Use cleaners approved by health experts, like disinfectants with 70% alcohol or higher
- Thoroughly clean – Refer to our extensive checklists while cleaning room-by-room
- Wear a mask and gloves – Help avoid cross-contamination by wearing a mask and gloves
- Wash all linens – Wash linens at a high heat setting
- Follow all other local guidance – Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
You may receive a full refund if you cancel your stay up to 24 hours before your scheduled stay. If you cancel your stay at 24 hours or less before your stay, you are entitled to a full refund, minus the first night and service fee. Currently we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
To check property availability, select the property you are interested in, then use the calendar tool to look at dates you are interested in.
We offer self check-in and check-out at each of our properties.

If we come across the unusual event of a problematic tenant, we have a planned procedure to follow. We believe in clear communication, timeliness, and viewing each case as individual.
We verify renters through Airbnb’s “Verified Identification” tool that assures that an Airbnb user’s identity online is the same as their identity offline. For renting agreements that do not utilize Airbnb, we may ask for a background check if we feel it is necessary.
We require that all of our properties meet a certain standard pertaining to location, elegance, accessibility and size. If you are interested in finding out if your property is considered leasable, please contact us and we will be happy to talk with you.
Yes. We do require insurance for all our properties.
